Consultant Skills and Attributes We Look For
- Ideally, 5+ years experience
- Public company backgrounds desired or recognizable private companies
- For Marketing roles, relevant experience and certifications, a distinct plus, such as, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Project Management Tools experience can include: Basecamp, Jira, Agile, Workfront, MS Project. Ability to work well in a dynamic fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- For Finance and Accounting roles, Big 4 CPA or MBA, CMA, CIA, etc…, a plus. Other related designations a plus:
- Knowledge of Enterprise ERPs and BI Tools
- Advanced MS Excel a plus
- Finance & Accounting Consultants require an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- For certain Technology roles, skills can include:
- SQL, Python, Perl, Linux, Javascript, Win32, Java, C/C++, TCL, .Net, C#, Node.JS, Allegro
- BSEE/BSCS and MSEE/MSCS degrees
